Sunset and Applejack - Looking Glass Fanart

So, I've had this idea floating around in my head for a while now, but I was hesitant to draw it since I wanted it to turn out good. You know, that feeling where you have everything planned out in your head but when it comes to actually drawing it doesn't always turn out the way you wanted to. Thankfully, this drawing is pretty close to what I originally had in mind. The only differences being, the background and there were some slight pose changes. But other than that I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Now, you may be wondering why I drew a random picture of Applejack and Sunset. Especially, one with Sunset scowling and they both seem to be pre-high school age. Well, a while back I read a Fanfic called "Looking Glass" and while I was reading I came up with so many idea for drawing different scenes and such! It was crazy how many ideas I had for it. I eventually settled on this idea, and while it may not be a specific scene from the story, it's something I imagined several times while reading it.
